Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before your product is manufactured. There will be no cancellations once you have approved the design proof provided by our design team. Cancellations are not permitted on sample orders or installation kit orders.


All cancellations will be handled by the return policies described below. You must provide us with a clear statement of your decision to exercise your right to cancel.

Return Policy

You must bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We are not liable for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. As a result, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the Goods or proof of return delivery.


For the Goods to be returnable, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The items were delivered within the last 7 days.

  • Everything is still in its original packaging.

  • Goods damaged in transit.

The following items are not returnable:

  • Goods manufactured to your specifications or customized.

  • The supply of goods that, by definition, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date.

  • The supply of unsealed after delivery is not returnable due to health or hygiene concerns.

  • The delivery of goods that are inextricably mixed with other items due to their nature.

  • Customized blinds, shades, drapes or curtains with approved digital proof by the customer can’t be returned as an out entire collection is manufactured on demand.

Refund Policies

We will refund the full amount within 14 – 21 days of receiving the returned product. There will be no transaction fees and the money will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to place the order. Please double-check that the product meets your expectations before installing it; we do not reimburse installation or any other associated costs.
